Jason Hanna

Principal Solicitor

Jason Hanna holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a solicitor in 2002. He has worked in a number of firms which enabled him to gain experience in various facets of the Law including (but not limited to) Conveyancing transactions in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Off-The-Plan matters; Criminal Law & Traffic Law; Family Law; Business and Commercial Law; and Estate and Probate Law.

Jason has had acted for a diverse client base from young couples purchasing their first property, to long term investors, to elderly couples who want to secure their children and grandchildren's future through Estate planning, to clients who unfortunately have gotten into trouble with the Law. Having dealt with a diverse range of clients Jason has developed an understanding and caring nature of the needs of each individual client's legal needs and obstacles.

Eric Petersen

Preferred Counsel

Eric Petersen was admitted as a barrister in NSW in 1985.  From 1985 to date he has appeared in hundreds of court cases in several jurisdictions, including civil and commercial law, probate  law and equity, and family law.  His appearances in the NSW Court of Appeal include the cases of Barron v A-G (1987) 10NSWLR21, King v Stewart (1994) 85LGERA384, and Kirkland v Moore [1999]NSWCA384. 

 

He has also written hundreds of legal obligations, and published essays and educational papers on many topics including How Not To Be Legally Robbed.  Outside of private legal practice his other law-related activities include working as a part-time lecturer for St George TAFE, and sitting on the NSW Basketball Association Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal.
