PW & Associates was established in 1996 by Ms Patricia White the previous Principal who sold the Practice to our current Principal Jason Hanna in late 2007 when he was an employed solicitor for Ms White.

Being a Boutique Law Firm, clients are fortunate to have direct access with the Principal from the moment they walk into our doors up until the completion of their matter unlike other mid to large firms where you rarely interact or communicate with the Principal or Partner(s) of the Firm.

JASON HANNA
PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR
Jason was admitted as a solicitor in 2002. He has worked in a number of firms which enabled him to gain experience in various facets of the Law including (but not limited to) Traffic Law; Conveyancing in residential, commercial, industrial and off-the-plan matters; Criminal Law; Family Law; Business and Commercial Law; and Estate and Probate Law.

Jason has had dealings with all types of clients from young couples purchasing their first property, to long term investors, to elderly couples who want to secure their children’s future through Estate planning, to clients who unfortunately have gotten into trouble with the Law. Having dealt with all different types of clients Jason has developed an understanding and caring nature of the needs of each client, notwithstanding each individual's legal needs.
